'Soar Utah Adventure Review' by Mike Garton of Model Aviation Magazine

"As the name implies, there is coverage of the Soar Utah event for Scale and Power Slope Scale gliders. The PSS models are amazing to see fly. Image watching and F-15, an X-29, and many WW II warbirds doing aerobatics in slope lift without engines. Included are some great dynamic soaring clips. There are also some artsy segments of Scale gliders soaring gracefully at sunset.

Paul Naton has elevated Radio Control gliders videos to professional standards. He used a digital camera and edited digitally and added music from the famous Spotted Peccary record label. It is well worth the money to see gorgeous airplanes flying in exotic places. I give it five of five stars for content and quality. I hope Paul continues to produce glider videos."

"If you have not seen Soar Utah by Radio Carbon Art, it is an absolute "must have" for anyone even remotely interested in RC soaring, great scenery, good music, or just plain relaxing after a whole lot of 16 hour days in a row. The filming is superb and the location is such that any of us from the east coast will be calling our realtors to list the house. Paul's videos are always great but, he has out done himself this time. I am not much of a TV guy but Paul has a talent for putting together videos that make me want to see more. The concentration of gorgeous scenery, superb airplanes and awesome flying make this film something that you don't want to miss. Thanks Paul and Aimee" - Denny Maize - Polecat Aeroworks

Soar Utah Adventure - Paul Naton's latest video creation gets my vote for best picture! Reminiscent of Endless Lift I and II, this video is his best to date. The shots are tight, the pace is fast, the editing is excellent and the music is killer! This type of quality only comes from experience... and it shows! Soar Utah Adventure features lots of cool planes, hot pilots and spectacular slopes. P.S. Don't tell anyone that these sites are all within about 50 miles of each other (and downtown Salt Lake City)! The supporting cast is awesome: Mike Lance, Dave Garwood, Dave Reese, Dave Sanders, Brian Laird, Carl Maas, Ralph Roberts, Steve Savoie, Tom Hoopes and many other name-brand pilots and their planes. Even the director takes a break from filming to appear in the movie. My ten year old son, who has a casual interest in flying, came in the room as I started the video. I tried not to smile as I he remarked about the procession of cool planes (F-15, P-40, U-2, X-29, Reno Racers, GW-7, Hellcats, Mother ship, scale P-51, Perl Penetrator, etc.) When it ended, he looked at me and asked when we could go flying? "Is this weekend soon enough?!" I replied. That paid for the video right there." -Scott Marshall

"Saw the premier of "Soar Utah" last night. A work of art, has to be Paul Naton's best one yet. All thumbs up! A must have." -Eric Swenson

"Awesome Paul, I think it is your best video so far." -Tom Roy

"Just finished my 2nd viewing of "Soar Utah Adventure". Paul Naton & crew have outdone themselves with this fine video. Slope folks will rave (as well they should), wives will say, "why can't you fly somewhere as scenic as that?", and thermal soarers will ask when Dave Sanders will kit those beautiful (are you sure that's foam?) scale jobs, while your power flying friends will be speechless. All this plus probably your only chance to see a Percival Mew Gull as a PSS ship ( wonder if the owner is related to the guy with the Beech Staggerwing in "Lift Ticket"?). Even if you're not temporarily housebound as I am, this is a must see/have video. BTW, the combat and DS scenes are mercifully short. Try it - you'll like it." -James Deck

"The last hour I spent viewing Soar Utah was as close to "soaring orgasm" as I've ever been without actually being outside!" - Jody Vogel
