A: Your credit card is charged on the day we ship your product. Q: Are your tapes of good picture quality? I have seen some other RC aviation commercial videos that looked liked someone’s home movies. A: The quality is outstanding! Our DVDs are produced from the original digital video files and are burned onto DVD-R using high-speed burners. The quality is far superior to the older VHS video tapes. Q: How long does it take to receive my order? A: Priority Mail packages usually take 2-3 business days for delivery in the continental US, but may take a few days longer to US territories and APO addresses. Videos shipped via Airmail to countries outside the US should take 4-7 business days, however, this could vary depending on the postal service in your country. Packages of DVDs seldom sit in customs for very long, because they are small packets and usually are not searched. Q: Will your DVDs play on PAL systems or on my comupter? A: Our DVDs will play on any system, including PAL systems in Europe. Our DVDs are also region-free, with no restrictions on playback. You can also play them on any computer system with a DVD drive.
