Frequently Asked Questions Q: How long have you guys been in business? A: We have been selling films since 1998, and selling online since 1999. Q: Are your ordering pages secure? A: We have the latest 128 bit SSL security for our ordering pages. You will see the lock icon on your browser when you are entering secure data. You can always call us on our toll-free number if you do not feel comfortable ordering online. 888-834-2261, M-F, 10 am to 5pm, Eastern US Time. Q: Do you accept credit cards? How about international cards? A: We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also take international orders through Visa and Mastercard. Your card company will calculate the best exchange rate. We ship world-wide. Q: Some companies charge your credit card the minute they take your order even if the item is NOT in stock. What is your company policy? A: Your credit card is charged on the day we ship your product. You will be informed over the phone or by e-mail if an item is backordered, in which case, your order will remain on hold until the item is in stock. No charges will appear on your card until your order is fulfilled. Q: My country charges tax and customs fees on expensive items. Will I pay the tax or import fes? A: The buyer is always responsible for paying any VAT or import duties. Our declared value on our customs forms are always as low as possible, most customers never have to pay duty fees or tax. Q: Are your tapes of good picture quality? I have seen some other RC aviation commercial videos that looked liked someones home movies. A: The quality is outstanding! Our DVDs are produced from the original digital video files and are burned onto DVD-R using high-speed burners. The quality is far superior to the older VHS video tapes. Q: How long does it take to receive my order? A: Priority Mail packages usually take 2-3 business days for delivery in the continental US, but may take a few days longer to US territories and APO addresses. Videos shipped via Airmail to countries outside the US should take 4-7 business days, however, this could vary depending on the postal service in your country. Packages of DVDs seldom sit in customs for very long, because they are small packets and usually are not searched. Q: Will your DVDs play on PAL systems or on my comupter? A: Our DVDs will play on any system, including PAL systems in Europe. Our DVDs are also region-free, with no restrictions on playback. You can also play them on any computer system with a DVD drive. Q: I haven't seen any of your DVDs. Which one should I get? A: Well, you should get them all, of course!
