Our DVD's are produced on super-high quality DVD-R disks made in Japan. We use a professional Disk Duplicator which makes perfect copies from a hard-disk based master. Each disk is quality checked and scanned for defects. Our movies will play on any DVD player or PC/Mac world-wide and out DVDs are not restricted with region codes. Each DVD is in NTSC video format, but they will play in any PAL system. We have sold thousands of DVDs around the world and have had no reports of playback problems. Most DVD players produced later than 2002 will play any type of DVD or CD optical disk including the DVD-R disks we produce. We have had a 99.99% playback success rate so far and very few customers have had any problems with disks not playing. Once in a while, you may get a bad disk that does not play properly. Contact us if you have problems, and we will send a replacement disk. NOTE: If your player or computer is over 4 years old, our disks may not play properly! Please check the player list to see if your older player is approved for DVD-R playback. You can also contact us for Playback On Your PC: Our disks will play on any G3 or G4 Macintosh either OS 9 or OS X with a DVD-R drive. If your Mac has one of the rare DVR-RAM drives, you CANNOT play our disks. If your Windows PC has a DVD-R dirve, running Windows ME,2000, NT or XP, or Vista, we highly recommend using the following DVD playback software: Intervideo WINDVD 4.0 or higher (WINDVD 3.0 has audio problems) Cyberlink Power DVD 4 or higher These excellent software packages can playback any DVD, VCD, or CD. Early Windows DVD playback software works fine with commercial DVDs, but will not work with any other type of video DVD disk.
